Well.... the hard drive is shot, sadly with many unbacked up, relatively critical files. So I'll have to decide if I'm willing to pay to get that back...

So. What shows am I watching. (Monday & Tuesday Edition) Aside from Sports?

  1. 1. I'm watching Studio 60, but it's on notice. Sorkin's going to have to make me believe that his Harriet character is actually funny on TV. At this point, it's my sense that I couldn't possibly want to watch the Show-within-a-Show, which makes it hard for me to care about the show. Whereas, I actually would have watched Sports Night.

  2. Friday Night Lights - Sold. I just wonder if they can keep up the intensity all year long.

  3. Nip/Tuck. The Sanaa Lathan subplot is going nicely. Shawn and Christian are unraveling on schedule. And I am, as before, duly impressed by the cameos. Rosie O'Donnell was great last night. You've got to admire a show where the crazy scientologists actually start to look like they're making sense because everyone is so f'ed up.<.ol>

1) With you 100%, although it isn't just on her.

2) Either they dilate time, or the interesting stuff is over by Christmas. There is just no spring football.

Studio 60. Yeah. The Show-within-a-Show seems so incredibly not funny. And the fact that all the characters think it's funny makes me question their competence and/or sanity. I could also do with less of the pedantic speechifying all round. But I do love Matt and Danny. And Matt and Harriet's relationship. So we'll see...

Yeah, Harriet doesn't really strike me as funny either. Glad I'm not the only one. I do love Aarron Sorkin though and have a lot of fuzzy bunny feelings for Bradley Whitford, so I'll wait and see. *G*
