Sinus, PC Crash, Congress

1. Stayed home today with sever sinus headache action. Hate taking day off so will go in tomorrow, pretty much no matter what.

2. Computer crashed. Hardcore crashed. Am now using my old college computer. Like 1998 old. It's a decrepit PoS, but sometimes it's a good thing I don't throw anything out. unfortuantely, as I don't throw anything out I have to sit on top of old storage buckets to use it. And in a room with No TV. So must choose between TV and internet. Which sucks on a day when I didn't go anywhere.

3. I think I've just realized what my office's relationship to Congress really is.

ETA This part cut, because I would get fired if my actual thoughts on this matter ever got back to anyone I actually worked for or with. But trust me, it was cool.

Oh, and following on the heels of "My Angel, the Football Fan" -- am thinking who I need to 'tackle' next. Pardon the Pun. So whose fannish proclivities should I go after next?

That would be a challenge for me, as I am not enough of a Sci-Fi geek to answer it well.

Whereas, I am a big sports nerd. I do believe Xander - while not caring much for sports or being much of a fan - is still reasonably knowledgable and culturally literate on the topic.

And I collect old computers, too. I don't even have my XP one on a real desk because on the desk is my WinME just in case I need to find an old email. And in my closet is a Win 95. lolol
