Angel would have to be tortured beyond endurance before he even thought those things, much less said them. I love it.

And poor Giles, his reputation in tatters after Dawn tells everyone she ever knew. At least Granny was likely a private humiliation.

And how the heck would you blow up an asteroid with a warship? (I now am thinking of the old video game Asteroid. Husband was quite profficient.)

Currently, we don't - our Boomers fire pretty potent ICBMs with the multiple nuclear warheads and all. Sure, they don't have range to the asteroid belt... but what can I say? I'm a dreamer.

Also, can you blow stuff up with an Aircraft Carrier? I thought the aircraft did all the blowing up while the carrier carried...

Aircraft Carriers do have a Close-In Weapons System for defense just in case...

Generally, they do damage with the air wing, but for the purposes of 'blowing up stuff with a ship' I'm counting the air wing as part of the ship's armament.
