01. I have been going to University of Maryland football games (with the exception of two years in Grad School) ever since 1991.
02. I have worn the same jersey (1991, Official Surplus Jersey #38) to every single game I’ve attended.
03. I think mesh shorts are the most comfortable item of clothing ever devised
04. I have been taking piles of advil and/or motrin pretty much every day since june. I don’t think I’ve noticed any difference.
05. Up until I was 24, I remembered every phone number I’d ever dialed. Now, I carry a cheat sheet in my wallet.
06. I can rarely tell the difference between Coke and Pepsi. I almost always fail taste tests.
07. I am enthralled by Vanilla Coke/Pepsi.
08. I eat a ton of food, but drink diet soda. I think of it as damage control.
09. I love pockets. My clothes should have more pockets.
10. I named my first stuffed animal “Theodore” (a bear) after my grandfather, and because, hey “Teddy Bear”
11. I named my second stuffed animal (a snake) “Snakey Jabbar”. I have no idea why.
12. At the age of four, I wrote WKRP in Cincinnati fanfic, which somehow involved Snakey Jabbar and Less Nessman. I have not saved it.
13. I hate cleaning my house. I’m lazy about chores. And yet, the sight of dust drives me nuts, and I must wipe it away RIGHT NOW.
14. Sometimes, I just go into book stores and read for an hour, like it’s my personal library.
15.I love grocery stores. I can walk around looking at packages, products, and food for hours. And still only buy a few items, and not really be upset, frustrated, or extra-hungry for the experience.
16. I like window shopping. If the traffic is bad enough on the way home from work, I will go into the mall and just look at stuff without buying anything.
17. I am ridiculously… frugal… in my shopping habits. Despite the fact that I now actually have money, I spend every Sunday clipping coupons and going through store sales ads to maximize my grocery savings. I keep a coupon organizer in my car.
18. When watching sports, if two games are on at the same time, I will not pick one. I will switch back and forth incessantly, even if I’m a huge fan of one of the teams playing. Unless it's a super-important game. Then I'll stick.
19. I have had the University of Michigan Fight Song stuck in my head for the last seven years.
20. I will attend almost any event imaginable if promised free food.

Hail to the...

Yes, attending that school, or being married to someone who did, you find it happens. LOL

Yes. Sadly, I will miss out on the Michigan-Notre Dame game today, as I must run out in 5 minutes to go to watch Maryland-Clemson.

Are we married? Because you sound so familiar. . .

Except for the WKRP fanfic. Was Snakey Jabbar your very first Mary Sue?

I have no clue. It's not like I've read it in 25 years.

Sounds suspiciously slashy to me.

Sometimes, I just go into book stores and read for an hour, like it’s my personal library.

I have read entire books that way (reading a page a minute helps). And there are many graphic novels that I've devoured that way.

" 03. I think mesh shorts are the most comfortable item of clothing ever devised"

Yes, we call them "swishy shorts", and since they're practically one size fits all - we've got dozens of pairs that have been worn, passed down, or are still actively fought over when clean laundry returns.

"20. I will attend almost any event imaginable if promised free food."

Excellent!! Then you'll be in Tahoe next spring, because even if I can't come - I'm still shipping food (and perhaps nametags again - so let me know which one won your poll)!

Now I have a picture of you in my head: Wandering around the local grocery store, teddy bear/snake in one hand, vanilla coke in the other..in mesh shorts of course. Heh.
Honestly, any one who clips coupons and has an organizer wins my respect. I never do that. I'm quite frugal though, just too lazy to clip.
