Okay, here's what you do. Go to your Network and Dial-Up Connections in your Control Panel. Find the Comcast (it should be "Local Area Network"). Right-click and go to Properties. There, click on the TCP/IP Protocol and again, click the Properties button.
The button next to "Obtain DNS server automatically" should be active. Click "Use the following DNS server addresses, and fill in these numbers:
Preferred DNS server: 4 . 2 . 2 . 2 Alternate DNS server: 192 . 135 . 250 . 69
Comcast had a nationwide server outage, and it looks like they still haven't fixed it. I haven't noticed because I've been piggybacking off Verizon.
