Another Funeral

Just got back from Islip, NY, out on Long Island for the funeral of my mother's Aunt Rose. She was 87 and in poor health, but it's still rough - particularly for mom. My mother's parents were horrible to her, and the extended family - both hers and my father's, took on very important roles in her life trying to make up for that. Between Sarah and Rose, this has been a hard month for her.
