A big thanks to all those who commented on my "Anniversary" entry. The network of folks I've traded comments with has made the time on LJ an interesting and fun experience.

Looking forward to a semi-quiet week.

Haggai, who moved down from Ann Arbor will be moving out and getting his own apartment this week. On the one hand, I'll have the place to myself which is nice. OTOH, I will miss having a roommate, particularly as we've got a lot of common interests.

And particularly as he was paying rent.
And particularly as he has that 46" HDTV and the massive collection of classic DVDs.

Side note - do not rent "To End All Wars". Surprisingly, it's not about WWI, but rather British troops trapped in a Japanese POW camp in WWII. Had a good time hanging out with husband of kita0610 while she and ros_fod went dancing, but that was one depressing-ass flick.
