Well, sis has finally gotten around to transferring that photo from her digital camera onto the computer. So for those of you who were morbidly curious about my lovely tumble down the stairs last month, I present:
In a positive development, I played softball wednesday - the first really strenous exercise in some time. And while my knees are still shaky from the fall, and I didn't run particularly well, my mobility is now considerably better these past few days for having done it. At this rate, maybe I'll have me knees back to normal in a week or two. The stiffness was pissing me off.
