But it's awesome. Just awesome. Actually surprised me. Saw it with a bunch of friends including a friends father, who is a Veteran. Great movie, and the rare case of a 'vietnam' film that could actually be laughed with.

I recognize that there's some controversial elements to the movie that one can complain about, but really it's about friendship. And how most everyone in Hollywood is an idiot.

I fucking LOVED it. Saw it yesterday and laughed my ass off.

It's too bad we'll never do a Tropic Thunder multi-crossover ficathon. Even though I love the movie=within=movie genre.
