Cable Outage, the Draft

So. My cable's been out since Saturday morning. I have forgotten how lost I am without it... both my TV and internet, not counting what access I manage to wrangle with my BlackBerry.

I actually went outside, and even read a book. Of course, this being Washington DC spring with attended weather fluctuations, that's not necessarily a joy. My twice-operated-upon nasal/sinus-mucus-industrial complex has been uncooperative since Saturday last.

And so, I have largely missed out on the NFL Draft pundustry. I do know my Washington Football team used it's top three selections on receivers (???) and that Maryland's Erin Henderson was not selected.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow what that means. And, of course, how much longer I can live this way. I'm just so very twitchy without my digital opiates...
