OUT (Plantar Fasciitis)
Status: Awaiting results of appointment with podiatrist following foot pain and recurrence of patellar problem in right knee.

Also, I need to replace the old-ass spikes I've been wearing since high school. Those things are just no good for my ankles or flat-ass feet anymore. I'll probably just watch the NBA Draft with tha H-Dogg instead

Plantar Fasciitis brought about by walking my very flat feet all over Toronto while wearing old & unsupportive shoes.

I'lll be planning on getting a raft of new shoes in addition to prescription orthotics.

Oooooch! Sorry to hear about this, Dave, sounds painful. I can empathize on both the kneecap & the foot (bunion instead of PF, though). I hope the awaited results are favorable & your pedal extremities are soon pain-free.
