When political advertising gets whimsical, thanks to YouTube:

Michael Steele introduces himself as a different kind of candidate.

This is countered by 'Dogs' a DCCC effort to indicate what kind of a candidate Steele actually is. Fun times.

Steele's ad is great. Is this your parents' dog?

Also, it seems really nitpicky but I like his tag line which is different than usual "I am Michael Steele and this is my message." As opposed to saying he approves the message. Like him better already.

1. That's the parent's dog.
2. You would like Steele, if all you saw was the ad. Because his ads don't say what his party affiliation is, where he stands on any issues of consequence, or what policies he supports. Which is very smart of him, because most Maryland voters wouldn't vote for him if he told them.
