I think my favorite part is the announcer. "I'm sure [he'll] punt out of bounds -- he has to!" is said before the punt even happens. =)

And, yeah, a kick isn't that exciting... unless you're there for the whole drive and you're standing in person watching it happen and feeling the tension build. It's like that first Viniteri kick in the Super Bowl, somewhat exciting to watch on TV, sure, but I bet in person the entire stadium was just on edge.
