That Proposed DC Baseball Stadium

Brief neighborhood shots regarding the proposed stadium location. My office building is on the NE corner of M Street and New Jersey Avenue, right across from the Metro station. That places me two blocks away.

Relative to the rest of the city -- this site is about fifteen blocks directly south of the capitol, in a neighborhood ripe for the sort of growth and renovation that would accompany a stadium. Sure, the road access routes, I-395 and South Capitol Street would be traffic problems, but this simply must be made to happen...
