Courtesy of my older sister, who had it scanned... and feeling nostalgic following my aunt's funeral, I've gone ahead and put up a picture of the Goodman clan from way back.
Back Row: Uncle Eddie, Aunt Zelda, Uncle Max, Aunt Sarah, Uncle Mack
Front Row: Poppie Teddy & Bubbie Mollie (my grandparents), Aunt Stella, Uncle Ray, Aunt Ann, Joseph David and Rose (my Great-Grandparents).
There are six Goodman siblings in the photos - the seventh having not survived infancy. In order of age it went Stella (married Eddie), Max (and Ann), Teddy , Sarah (Mack), Zelda and Ray. Zeldie and Raymie now being the only ones remaining. Aunt Zeldie is almost ninety, but she still smiles like that when she tells stories...
I don't have a date for the photo. Upon talking to my father, we can place it between 1945 and 1952, since my grandfather would have been away for the army and Uncle Max died in 1952. Based on that Eddie and Stella are wearing the boutenier and corsage, we think it's an event related to them. Perhaps my cousin Marvin's Bar-Mitzvah, which would put it at about 1950, I think.
