Not much new to post - but some pictures from the office. Can't really take any on-base, of course, but some views outside. We've got:

The USS Barry, a retired Destroyer that serves as a museum ship. It's pretty much right outside the window.

Westward view is the future home of the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball franchise. Construction is continuing pretty fast, and they've actually got some of the concrete laid for the upper deck now.

Wow. You're lucky to have a nice view of the new park going up. That must be fun to watch.

It's pretty neat. It's going to be awesome when it opens up. The stadium is about two blocks from my parking garage. Which makes up for my parking garage being 1/2 mile from my office.

Glad you liked. There's something neat about having that outside the window.

If it makes you feel better, the neat river views are offset by the periodic incursions of Anacostia River Rats.
